Incentives Abound

The Executive MBA Council is again offering an economic incentive for early registration: Members who register online and pay before the early registration deadline of 11 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST), Saturday, Aug. 24, can save $300 off the conference registration fee.

More good news: Conference fees remain the same as last year.

Online conference registration
Registration is simple and easy through online registration. You have two options: Registering and paying by credit card from a secure site, or registering and paying by check or purchase order (PO).

If you pay by credit card, you will be directed to a secure online payment system after completing and submitting your registration form, and you will receive confirmation of your transaction as well as confirmation of your registration.

If you pay by check or PO, you will receive an e-mail to confirm your registration and later an invoice for payment.

Conference cancellation policy
Full conference fees will be refunded if cancellation is received in writing no later than Aug. 31, 2013.  Conference fees less $150 will be refunded on written request only if received by Sept. 14, 2013.  No refunds will be granted after that time or for "no shows."

Hotel reservations
Also don’t forget to make your hotel reservations at the Omni Houston Galleria, which serves as the conference site. Plan to reserve your hotel room early. The council’s hotel room rate of $199 per night for a single or double room is available only until the council’s room block fills, or until Oct. 7, 2013, whichever comes first. Please note: Room rate includes Internet in your hotel room. Book your reservations online.
