Sessions are intended to be solution-oriented and designed to educate and engage attendees. Be sure that your session title reflects its description.  Preference will be given to proposals that reflect the conference theme.  Please limit your description to no more than 150 words. This information will be posted at the conference site and on the conference website.

D. Audio Visual Equipment
Each room is equipped with an LCD projector, screen, one wireless handheld microphone, one wireless lapel microphone, one wireless mouse, and lectern. Speakers should bring their own laptop computers to access the LCD data projector. Room will be set classroom style.
 
E. Handouts
The council is attempting to go greener However, if you are using handouts during your session, plan to bring printed copies of them to the conference. Your electronic presentation must be emailed to Karen Mc Lintock at kmclintock@earthlink.net by Friday, September 23, 2011.
 
F. Notification
If your session is selected, you will be notified by Friday, June 10, 2011, and asked to confirm your participation by June 17, 2011.
 
G. Registration
All presenters must register and pay for the conference.

 

Submission of the online Request for Proposal is final at the time of submission.
The Executive MBA Conference planning committee reserves the right to cancel a session if appropriate documentation is not submitted by the specified dates.
