European Regional Meeting

Midwest Regional Meeting
Date: June 5-6, 2012, starting with check-in at 3 PM, Tuesday, June 5
Location: Northern Illinois University, Naperville, Illinois

USA/Southwest Regional Meeting
Date: June 11-12, 2012; starts at noon on Monday, June 11, and ends at 3 PM Tuesday, June 12
Location: University of Texas at Dallas, Dallas, Texas
Host: Naveen Jindal School of Management, University of Texas at Dallas
Hotel: Before May 20, call Hyatt Regency in Richardson, Texas, at 1-888-591-1234 and ask for the UTD group to take advantage of the block room rate of $85 a night
Agenda: Agenda features presentations on regional marketing data, corporate issues, curriculum format, coaching, and career services, as well as an alumni panel, faculty panel, and student panel

USA/Canada Western Regional Meeting
Date: June 24-26, 2012, starting with a welcome reception at 5:15 PM on Sunday, June 24, and ending at 1 PM Tuesday, June 26
Location: University of California, Irvine; Irvine, California
Host: University of California, Irvine
Hotel: Take advantage of the meeting group rate at the Hyatt Regency Newport Beach of $139 plus tax per night by contacting Hyatt Central Reservations at +1.888.421.1442 and asking for the Paul Merage School of Business Rooming Block, or using the link on the meeting site web page, to make your reservations on or before June 8, 2012; rooms also may be reserved at that rate for up to two extra nights before and/or after the meeting

Keynote Speaker: Andy Policano, dean, The Paul Merage School of Business at the University of California, Irvine, will speak after Sunday’s dinner
Call for Proposals: Use the form on the meeting site web page to complete your proposal by the submission deadline of May 11; the site also includes more information about possible topics
Registration Fee: $195 per guest, includes most meals, including the Welcome Reception, dinner on Sunday, and reception in Laguna Beach on Monday; transportation to and from the hotel; campus parking for locals
