Options

You can select reporting options that best meet your program’s needs. Participants may choose from a variety of reporting options.

TOPLINE SUMMARY
PDF summary of all responses to survey questions in tabular format. Includes verbatim summary and “other specify” verbatim documents. Delivered within two weeks after the close date of your survey.

COMPETITIVE INTELLIGENCE REPORT
PowerPoint report of results and a comparison of those results with standard subgroup results and the results of six self-selected peer programs. Includes a commentary, verbatim summary, “other specify” verbatim summary, and a topline summary.

CUSTOM PACKAGES
You may add your own questions at the end of the survey. Percept Research will assist you with designing the questions.

Option 1
The addition of up to six open-ended custom questions to the end of the standard survey. Data from customized questions are presented in an additional verbatim document.

Option 2
The addition of up to 15 custom open- or closed-ended questions to the end of the standard survey. Data from customized questions are included as a table in the Topline Summary report as well as charted in the Competitive Intelligence Report.

Coding Open-Ended Questions
Write-in responses that are manually coded into categories for trending and quantitative analysis.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
In-depth analysis of entry results compared to industry norms and peers.
