Topline summary only

PDF summary of all your results tabular format. Includes verbatim summary document. Delivered within two weeks after receipt of data.


Competitive Intelligence Report

A full PowerPoint report of your program results compared to standard subgroups and six self-selected peer programs. Includes your program results trended over the last three years for comparison. Full report includes Loyalty Index tabulation and derived importance correlation to the aggregate Loyalty Index. This option also includes a verbatim summary document and the topline summary report.

You will receive the topline summary two weeks after receipt of data and the Competitive Intelligence Report in August after Percept Research receives data from all participating programs.

Coding of Open-Ended Questions
Manual coding of open-ended questions into categories for trending and quantitative analysis.

Key Driver Analysis
Statistical analysis package with a graphical analysis of key drivers, the attributes that are most important to students, and your performance on those attributes.

Executive Summary
An in-depth analysis of your results compared to industry norms and your peers summarized for actionable insight. Includes an additional coded verbatim document with comments grouped into categories for analysis.


Custom Packages

You may add your own questions at the end of the survey. Percept Research can help design questions for optimal results. Available with either the topline summary or the Competitive Intelligence Report. Results to custom questions are presented as custom charts within the Competitive Intelligence Report and as a table with your results in the topline summary.

Option 1
The addition of up to six open-ended custom questions and a summary of verbatim responses.

Option 2
