Better and Better

With new competitive intelligence measures, now is a great time to consider participating in the 2011-12 Student Exit Benchmarking Survey. The council has significantly enhanced the survey to make it even easier for programs to participate and to better understand the market.

Competitive intelligence tool

The 2011-12 survey offers competitive intelligence tools that provide benchmarking information not otherwise available. In addition to ROI metrics, the questionnaire incorporates image and awareness measures and questions about program selection to help administrators understand the competitive landscape and the best media channels to reach prospective students.

Report options

Participants can choose to receive a topline summary only or Competitive Intelligence Report.

The Topline Survey is a tabular summary of all quantitative responses in PDF format. It includes your program data only, with no comparative analysis. A Verbatim Document and Alumni Engagement Interest Survey are included with the Topline Summary.

The Competitive Intelligence Report option includes a full report of your program results compared to industry segments and six self-selected peer programs in PDF format. In addition to the Competitive Intelligence Report, you will receive a Topline Summary, Verbatim Document, and Alumni Engagement Interest Summary.
